I fell in love with coaching 10 years ago when I was the sales director for a coaching company- I saw the incredible difference it made to people in their business as well as personal lives - I knew I had found my purpose! I passionately believe in the endless capacity for wisdom, creativity and collaboration in human beings, my job is to help unleash it. I decided when I was 13 that the point of life was to grow and evolve - in coaching I had finally found a way to share that passion.

My favourite pace to work with a client is with intensity for an initial period to build a close working partnership. I find this really works to build a strong foundation of trust and enables us to go to work at a deeper level with impetus. After that we align on the length of time you want to work together and at what pace to fulfil on the goals you have from coaching.
I provide a very safe space outside of your day to day environment to think deeply and expansively , I also offer a wealth powerful tools and practices that can keep in your pocket once we have completed our work together.
I have been fortunate to have wonderful courageous clients on ambitious projects where I have supported through coaching, consulting and facilitating for high performance for organisations such as Shell and Chevron, as well as in organisations and teams such as the Royal Veterinary College and INEOS to support a transformation of culture and performance.
