Executive Coach - London
Anya has been delivering executive and leadership coaching, group coaching and facilitation since 2015. Prior to that, she enjoyed a 13-year career as a solicitor with a top global law firm, served as a company director and board member, followed by a family gap year on a tropical island, becoming a women’s health activist, entrepreneur and coach.
Anya’s strength is to be a catalyst for change. She is candid, creative and enthusiastic. Clients say that “Anya has a natural ability to make you recognize your own potential” and describe her style as inspiring, wholehearted and challenging her clients to grow beyond their comfort zones.
Anya has coached women and men from individual contributors through to the VP and board level, particularly within the law, financial services and tech sectors. She helps clients with effective leadership, moving up to the strategic/board level, executive presence, communication, confidence, creating a sustainable career and work-life balance.
She has a keen interest in supporting women’s careers through life stages like starting a family and menopause. One of 12 speakers at the UK Government round-table on improving postnatal care, Anya sees health as a key influence on women’s confidence and career choices. Anya is trained in Executive Coaching & Health.
Anya is certified in the Hogan Assessments suite and the 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass. She brings various approaches into her work, including emotional intelligence, somatic coaching, systemic mapping, business acumen and a lived experience of the demands of a high-performing culture.
Anya worked and lived in the UK, Singapore, Russia, and France and is now based in London, UK.
