As an accredited executive coach with over 35 years of global experience in the construction sector I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge together with effective coaching skills to help senior operational and executive leaders to develop and grow their leadership competences.

I am also a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

It was a great pleasure working with Richard in 2024. I am highly experienced and whilst always willing to learn, I was slightly skeptical at first as to the level of benefit I would achieve through these monthly sessions. Our conversations were wide-ranging, challenging, engaging and exploratory. Richard was excellent in affirming through established management theory and his extensive experience why, what I often do instinctively works, but most importantly he made many suggestions on how I could improve my management and leadership skills, which I am already benefiting from. Working with Richard was enlightening, informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Richard for one to one coaching. I had the pleasure of working with Richard in 2022. It was an important experience and a valuable process. With the right questions and listening skills, Richard was able to create with me my new career path. It was a transition period from a managerial position in a large organization to co-founding a new company. We identified my needs, the biggest challenges in my current company and position, as well as my goals and expectations for the future. He helped me understand what role is best for me and what is my main motivation. Richard is not only a highly qualified Coach, but also a very experienced manager and a great person. Richard was my coach in 2023, and I had a chance to have 6 sessions with him. It was a fantastic journey, with objectives in place allowing me to understand a wider context of my professional situation (and impact), and, most importantly, what I was aspiring to achieve at that time. Richard was engaged by DNEC from October 2021 until November 2022. His scope was executive coaching services for three DNEC senior staff who were identified as potential DNEC partners. The coaching was carried out through a mix of face-to-face and online sessions. Following completion of approximately one year long course with Richard all three trainees exhibited a visible improvement in their performance. This applies to both operational and management duties. The staff in question is now performing at a level that, in my opinion, they would not have achieved without spending time with Richard. Richard is very passionate in what he does. He is also very good in sharing decades of his professional experience.
