I have just completed my course of coaching sessions with Gill and can not thank her enough for the outcome of each. We approached different subjects each time and I came out of each feeling more confident and equipped to tackle what needed to be done. Next time I am struggling with similar things, Gill be the first person that I contact.

I met Gillian through the Coaching for NHS staff program that was launched at the beginning of COVID19 pandemic. I am consultant intensivist in a very busy intensive care department in central London. Gillian has been extremely flexible with my hospital agenda. The relationship with Gillian and the goals for our coaching sessions were very easy to establish. Thanks to Gillian's tools and experience, she has helped me to reflect on my career pathway, my perceptions and to name my future career goals in a clear and directed manner that truly resonates with my personality. I feel more empowered to make the right choices for me. It has also helped me identify both organisational and individual strengths and development opportunities around me. The hindsight has been key to embrace this period of professional challenges, uncertainty and personal growth. M.C.

Gillian has been so incredibly helpful (and flexible!) over the past 18 months as I have developed my career path. She has provided me with practical support to manage my well-being within the workplace, and also instilled me with more confidence to present my case and opinions with authority.

I have recently concluded a coaching programme with Gillian which consisted of around 12 sessions in total, some remote and some face to face. For me the opportunity to work with a coach on developing my relationship management and leadership skills was welcomed. The relationship with Gillian was easy to establish. She strikes an appropriate balance between creating an informal ease and ensuring that the purpose and objectives of the sessions are progressed. As a woman in business, Gillian's ability to draw upon her own experience and put in to context the theories and tools that she shares with you helps you to apply that to your own circumstances and work environment. She has helped me reflect on my own behaviours and the perceptions I have of the relationships around me and how my lack of confidence might impact upon how I 'turn up' at work. At the end of programme it was recognised that I was more open to understanding different perspectives with a greater willingness to compromise and with a higher level of confidence to address difficult situations and recognise what is not acceptable behaviours of others. I embarked on a coaching programme with Gillian to support me during a transition into a Leadership role. Gillian provided me with a ‘safe’ haven from which to explore the challenges of my new role and gave objective and insightful support which enabled me to ‘step up’ with confidence. As a direct result of my coaching programme I now realise my key strengths as a Leader and contributor to my business and have switched my mindset to focus on continually improving these strengths rather than hone in on my development areas. This realisation has been extremely liberating and has certainly impacted my performance in a positive way! E. M.
