Alun Bedding

Alun has been my coach for over a year now. He has helped grow and develop both professionally and personally. He has helped me develop my leadership skills and also tackle a lot of challenges including how to effectively lead difficult teams and team members. During difficult career times he helped me understand what my preferences, fears and professional goals are. After every session I gain a lot of clarity which might not be often easy with me. He has an exceptional skill to keep me focused on the main questions to be addressed. He is very enthusiastic, positive and creates a very safe space where I never feel judged.

Alun has been my coach for almost a little over 2 years now. He has become a great resource and coach for me during this time. Alun offered his services to me in a time of great need for guidance and support. He was able to let me see myself for who I am and not who I thought I was. Alun used a variety of questions that were non-intrusive, allowing me to maintain a level of comfort that I got to choose. Through the sessions we have had, he continues to prove to be an asset with my self development. We have gone through many topics and Alun is fantastic at making you critically think, while still making sure that everything ties together. He will sit there waiting for your response, and at first I thought it was pressure but I learned that it was more giving me time to think and hear myself out. Alun in such a short time has become a fantastic resource, asset, and friend. I look forward to every session with him, he is very talented with helping others find themselves!
