With over 26 years of experience as a coach, my journey began by empowering medical sales representatives to achieve peak performance. Through my work, I've come to deeply appreciate the transformative impact a coach can have on one's inner world—nurturing emotions, challenging self-limiting beliefs, quieten the inner critic, and fostering confidence and self-belief. I firmly believe that when individuals learn to navigate these internal landscapes, they unlock boundless possibilities and probabilities for success.

My professional journey spans across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, telecommunications, and non-profit organisations. Over the years, I've navigated the complexities of large organisations, holding various roles, and eventually stepping into a senior leadership position. Throughout my career, coaching has been a central pillar of my approach, whether it's been in my capacity as a manager, leader, or working closely with C-Suites and executive teams. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and a proven track record of driving transformative change through coaching interventions.
