Jay Jupp

It's rare you come across stand out talent like Jay. I have had the privilege of working with Jay since working with her at MIB. Jay is a delight to work alongside - insightful, determined, driven and supportive and she does this with lots of dignity, respect and integrity. She is diligent, delivery focused, organised and manages all of this with good humour and professionalism. As my coach and mentor, Jay brings a huge neurodiversity of thoughts and ideas. On a more personal level, my increase in self-confidence and self-reliability has helped me contribute more effectively to the team and the organisation as a whole. Jay will be successful in anything she does and I can't think of anyone I'd recommend more highly.

Jay was my coach during 2023 and I highly recommend her. Everyone needs a coach like Jay cheering you on from the sidelines. She actively and emphatically listens in a safe space. Her approach supported me to stretch my thought process to focus and this sharpened my objective setting. She shared insightful techniques to implement on an ongoing and daily basis. She encouraged me to think about “why”. Whilst this can challenge the comfort zone in the short term; her approach supported me to develop and create some decisive outcomes at the end of 2023 that have long term value in my career. Jay is a brilliant coach, with the ability to draw out insights that have been highly valuable for me. She has a highly personable and compassionate manner that makes it easy to open up to and I found myself venturing onto deep topics that brought about huge learnings for me. I had the privilege of being coached by Jay over a number of years. Jay is super bright and insightful, and helped me to take my skills to the next level by unlocking barriers in my mind and by challenging me to "think big", or to identify and focus more closely on shorter term goals as appropriate to help me to achieve my objectives. Jay has helped to transform my inner world. With Jay by my side, I found the courage to step out of my comfort zone, started to believe in myself and found my direction. Jay is very kind and compassionate. She can read micro facial expressions well, even in online sessions. She uses visual aids, exercises which leave a lasting impact on the mind. All techniques I learnt with Jay still help me to navigate through difficult situations and to prepare for job interviews. Since working with Jay, I believe that nothing can stop my growth. I don’t believe in fairies and magic but Jay left a spell on me and I always see her as fairy godmother, nudging me, praising me, and saying to me ‘if you want others to believe in you, learn to believe in yourself’.
