Throughout our coaching relationship, Britta was very consistent in her facilitation and helped me pave new ways of thinking. Our sessions helped me evolve my current mindset and empowered me to find answers to challenges I was facing with cleverly posed questions. I felt enabled to gain further insights and to increase my own self-awareness, which in turn equipped me better for future board meetings. These sessions have certainly not just benefitted me now but longer term too, as I find myself proactively considering different ways of approaching things and self-reflecting based on topics of past conversations we have had together. I highly recommend Britta as an experienced and exceptional Executive Coach. R. Stevens, Manager.
22/12/2023Britta coached me when I just started my new role as CEO of Spires, a London based charity supporting people who are homeless or insecure housing. We worked on improving my pacing throughout the week to keep on top of completing demands. Britta helped me identify and address potential stress factors and make more time for strategic planning. With Britta‘s facilitation, I developed an 8 month strategy based around my core priorities. I found working with Britta to be very motivating and would I would recommend working with her for other people who are stepping into senior positions. M. Wilson, Chief Executive.
22/12/2023Britta coached me as part of a leadership development programme I am part of at Screwfix. The areas I wanted to explore and work on during my coaching programme with Britta included: - Stronger leadership presence - more confidence, more authority/assertiveness, greater comfort operating at senior levels. - Work/Life Balance, stress-management and wellbeing. - Career planning and refocus. For each session, we agreed a clear objective and I was able to take away tactics and strategies I have put into practice. The sessions with Britta enabled me to reflect on and change my mindset on how I looked at certain work and life scenarios, which has been incredibly helpful to push me forward and focus on the future in the right ways. I felt that I left each session with a clearer vision on next steps and on how to shape my future but also feeling inspired and energised each time having that light bulb moment. I found these sessions so useful that my employer allowed me to extend the original coaching contract with Britta. Re-visiting the wheel of life towards the end of our coaching journey enabled me to acknowledge how far I have come through the support of the coaching sessions. If I had completed the wheel of life before the coaching I do believe each section would be dramatically lower on scores. Britta created a safe, open space which enabled us to explore key areas, for me to put perspective on areas in my life and really re-focus on what is most important to me. Allowing me to thoroughly investigated how I felt about certain events and scenarios emotionally and physically. Britta has helped me build plenty of tactics for support not just for myself, but also to help others, which I look forward to using. I will continue to lean on coaching due to the benefit I have had from the sessions with Britta… Kay Coombs
15/12/2023I had a number of incredibly useful coaching sessions with Britta, which were both practical and inspiring. I was able to talk through my objectives and be naturally guided towards positive action. It was helpful to be challenged in order to become clear about my priorities, potential solutions and action points. One of the exercises provided a framework for me to process my true feelings and a best way forward around a difficult conversation. I can’t thank Britta enough for her insight and thoughtfulness. Matt Holt, Director.
