Coach Supervisor, Career and Executive Coach - Manchester

I am a coach supervisor, career coach and executive coach with over 15 years’ experience in coaching, supporting and developing others. I’m based in Manchester, UK and work with clients online.

Supervision

Coaching supervision creates an objective space for you to reflect on your work with clients, consider new ways to deal with the challenges which arise in coaching, and find ways to continue developing your practice.

In supervision I work mostly with executive and leadership coaches, career coaches as well as coaches in other fields. My clients tell me that working with me is positive and encouraging, calm, creates authenticity and a ‘spacious’ environment for them to reflect on their practice and enhance their work with clients.

I bring a range of techniques to supervision work, including Hawkins and Shohet’s 7 Eyed Model, cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, somatic and gestalt approaches, among others.

At the present time I work with coaching supervision clients on a 1:1 basis.

A typical session lasts for 60 minutes, and the frequency of sessions will depend on how many clients the coach works with, and how often they feel it would be helpful to be supervised. In addition to standalone supervision sessions, I offer a range of annual supervision plans to support practitioners based on their needs.

Career Coaching

As a career coach I help professionals who feel stuck in their career to find work they love.

I often support people who feel that they are at 'crossroads’. They are usually very talented, committed and keen to achieve something in their career... but they no longer enjoy their work and find themselves working long hours for little satisfaction.

I help them address what's really stopping them - uncertainty about what else they could do, and a fear of losing the good salary and career they have already built up. We work together to find a new direction which gives them what they want, a new career where they can be happier and feel a greater sense of fulfilment, using their skills and experience in new ways in a job they love.

I’ve coached a diverse range of clients who work in sectors including professional services, finance, property, publishing, legal services, higher education, local government and the charity sector.

Executive Coaching

I’ve provided coaching to a range of executives and leaders to help them develop in their role and increase their impact. I provide coaching in areas including stepping into more senior leadership roles, moving from managing to leading, confidence, resilience, managing change, organisation and prioritising, effective communication, strategic thinking and career strategy.
