I am an executive coach with over 30 years of professional experience in a multinational corporation.
I bring a unique blend of leadership insights and coaching expertise to empower individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential. Born in Germany, I have had the opportunity of living and working in diverse cultural contexts, including Singapore, before settling in the United Kingdom.

My journey as a coach began 12 years ago at Robert Bosch, where I trained with the AoEC and completed an Executive Coaching Certificate. Since then, I have been guiding clients through successful transitions into leadership roles, all the way up to Board Level.
My coaching approach is founded on the belief that every individual has the capacity to achieve their goals if they truly believe in themselves.

Over the years, I have partnered with clients from a wide range of industries and at various stages in their careers. One common thread among them is their drive to uncover what holds them back, overcome obstacles, and accelerate their performance.
I am deeply committed to support them explore their true potential, strengthen self-awareness, understand their values and beliefs, and recognize the impact they have on others within the complex systems they operate.
With an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, I am dedicated to staying in the forefront of coaching methodologies. Combining proven coaching techniques with insights from neuroscientific research, I ensure that I meet each client within their unique world, tailoring my approach to their individual needs.

My coaching philosophy is centered on a solution-focused mindset. Building a foundation of trust and rapport with my clients is paramount, as I believe it sets the stage for transformative growth. Through active listening and skillful questioning, I help clients challenge deeply ingrained beliefs and explore new perspectives that lead to breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives.
A genuine interest in understanding how people work and a natural curiosity about their unique journey are the driving forces behind my work. I approach coaching as a collaborative partnership, empowering clients to uncover their strengths and identify unhelpful thinking patterns or assumptions that may be impeding their progress.
I am particularly adapt at addressing well known traits that trap us like imposter syndrome, people-pleasing tendencies, Perfectionism or Procrastination to only name a few which can often hinder individuals from reaching their full potential.

My extensive international experience has instilled in me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, and I am committed to fostering inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. I am passionate about supporting leaders become more inclusive and emotionally intelligent, leading to improved team dynamics and organizational success.
