Strategic plans and the role of Executive Coach

Many clients are charged with shaping a future strategy for their part of the organisation. They are often working within a large corporate structure and will have responsibility for key areas of the business.

This workshop will explore:

• The challenges and questions presented by clients as they discuss how to build a clear strategy for their team
• The role of the executive coach – to what extent do our clients expect a thinking partner or mentor?
• Setting coaching goals for strategic planning
• How our own experience and coaching toolkit shapes the interventions we will make and the approach we take with our clients
• Sharing techniques and methods we have used to provide support in this space
• A framework of questions to enable our clients to make progress

The workshop is an opportunity for the coach community to share their experiences in enabling clients to make progress on strategy and plans.

Facilitated by APECS Director Andy Matheson – this will be an initial 2 hour workshop with a possible follow up session.
