This session will explore the implications of coachees (and coaches!) possessing the dark triad traits of psychopathy, narcissism and Machiavellianism.
This webinar will look at what defines these character traits, how they might show up in coaching and how a coach might respond. It will also cover the barriers to recognising dark traits and the dangers of labelling people once these characteristics are spotted.
Finally, it will consider the possible outcomes of coaching someone with dark traits – for the coachee, organisation and the coach – and consider how you can protect yourself as a coach when working with the dark triad.
