When we develop our psychological flexibility, we’re better able to deal with life’s setbacks and difficulties. We’re more able to bring our values to life in everyday situations. We do more of the things that bring us purpose and meaning. In doing so, we boost our wellbeing.

In this new course from WorkLifePsych, you’ll learn how to develop your psychological flexibility and bring it to bear on your wellbeing. A blended learning experience, you’ll complete some self-directed online learning and then participate in a series of three online workshops.

You’ll specifically learn:

  • How to clarify your values and bring them to life
  • How to do more of what matters do you
  • How to step back from unhelpful self-talk and thing patterns
  • How to cultivate a more flexible view of yourself
  • How to persist through psychological discomfort
  • How to be more present in the moment

Our workshops for the first cohort of this new course are scheduled from mid-November. Each session will be recorded for later review and/or catch-up.
