This practical session will define what imposterism is, its manifestations and triggers, and the ‘so what’ for individuals and organisations. You will learn how to recognise the imposterism pattern and how to approach it, plus reflect on how it may impact on you and your team and how to deal with it positively. You will leave with a simple self-coaching tool and key actions to implement.
