Join Association for Coaching at their Virtual event with Dr Robyn Vesey which will be broken down into two 2.5 hour sessions throughout the day. Using the Systems-Psychodynamic approach we will address the ways in which the complexity of the context can be worked with, acknowledging both the organisational realities at this level, and the powerful dynamics that can be getting in the way of effective working relationships

About the Event

This day will offer an introduction to the systems-psychodynamic approach, with an emphasis on the tools and techniques that can be used to work at board level.  The focus will be on working with a Chair and CEO and their relationship, as an example of how the Tavistock’s model works in action.

Drawing on the presenter’s coaching work, and offering exercises for skills development and coaching practice, this will be a developmental day to learn more about working at depth in complex systems.

In this Event you will learn:

  • An introduction to the Tavistock’s Systems-Psychodynamic approach
  • The differences between coaching at different levels of an organisation
  • The context around board level roles and how to work with this
  • Dynamic patterns at senior levels and how to engage with this in coaching both individuals and pairs
  • A case example of coaching at board level
  • Skills development in systems and psychodynamic coaching approaches
