The Association for Coaching (AC) is pleased to welcome Helen Bartram to speak at this 1.5 hr Virtual Event.

About this Event:

This event will be broken down into individual topics. We will first of all explore happiness and wellbeing from both a scientific point of view and in a way that can be applied to self and clients. We will then work through other positive psychology topics : Flourishing, strengths, gratitude, compassion, meditation, mindfulness, resilience and positive emotions. Exploring each topic and learning ways to promote and work with both self and the client using scientific research as a foundation. There will be opportunities to take part in positive psychology activities throughout the event.

Speaker Bio

Helen Bartram is a happiness coach. She uses positive psychology as a foundation in her coaching business. She holds a first class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and counselling – carrying out research in positive psychology itself. She also holds additional qualifications in positive psychology topics such as meditation and mindfulness. A TEDx speaker who works with both adults and children to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Helen is also the owner of a Holistic Training Academy, Children’s yoga, mindfulness, meditation and mindset academy and women’s empowerment business. Helen in trained in different therapies such as reiki and EFT (emotional freedom technique), has a special interest in trauma but always comes back to her love of positive psychology.
