Hosted by Association for Coaching, Jonathan Passmore explores the future of coaching practice.

In this session, Jonathan Passmore will explore integration and how coaches bring together diverse models and frameworks to provide a way of engaging with clients, their issues and the cultural context in which they work.

Jonathan’s approach is flexible and meets the client where they are, responding to personal, national and cultural differences, and adapting their approach to move forward through an evidenced based approach which is best suited to each unique presenting problem.

He will explore working with skills, the body, unhelpful thoughts, the unconscious and the system recognizing the individual experience is reflect in behaviour, cognitive, physiological sensation and emotion, and situated within a series of systemic frames.  He will offer a way each coach can move forward to develop their own philosophy of coaching.

Speaker – Jonathan Passmore

Jonathan Passmore is a chartered psychologist with five degrees, including an MBA and a doctorate in occupational psychology. He also has a postgraduate certificate in coaching and two professional qualifications. He has published over 100 scientific papers, book chapters and edited and written 30 books, including Excellence in Coaching, Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management and Top Business Psychology Model, Becoming a Coach: The Definitive ICF Guide and The Coaches’ Handbook. Jonathan has held many executive and non-executive board roles with global consulting firms, including PwC, IBM Business Consulting.
