Tracey Hartshorn is excited to bring her new mentoring programme aimed at qualified coaches or therapists who want to build a combined Therapeutic Coaching practice.

This programme offers a developmental space supporting participants through the process of ‘The Blended Approach’ to craft their unique blend for therapeutic coaching. Facilitated by the Therapeutic Coach who created it, Tracey Hartshorn, you will be part of a group of no more than 8 people all focused on supporting each other to achieve clarity for your practice.

Over 5 monthly sessions you will build your unique blend and develop a plan for growth to work safely and ethically as a dual-practitioner.

Participants will focus on 6 aspects:

  1. Your practice
  2. Competence
  3. Environment
  4. Process
  5. Safety
  6. Ongoing development

You will be supported and encouraged by your group colleagues, by Tracey and by the option of ongoing supervision *

A brief introduction to the designer of The Blended Approach

Tracey is a qualified, psychotherapist, coach and supervisor in private practice. In her previous career she was in leadership positions in the public and voluntary sectors and decided to swap the spreadsheet of accountancy for the clean sheet of coaching and therapy.

That clean sheet started off with lots of scribbles, doodles, crossings out and a pile of discarded crumpled sheets on the floor. At the heart of every sheet and every line, Tracey’s core value of authenticity underpinned her work and guided her course. A deep desire to learn, understand the theory, and challenge it, led to a practice which is unique, combining all aspects of Tracey’s experiences, skills and knowledge.

It is this very combination which has resulted in the creation of ‘The Blended Approach’.

Rooted in theory, developed by experience and held by the belief that we all have a unique offering of true value.
