The EMCC’s definition of supervision is: A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.
TCD runs regular group taster supervision sessions, each session is facilitated by a different TCD supervisor.
Sessions are online, with 4 supervisees for 90 minutes.
These sessions are free for TCD members, including Community Coach members. For non-members the cost is £75 + VAT per person.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and restricted to one attendance per six months.

Tracy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has spent her career coaching leaders and developing coaches.
For over 20 years, Tracy has been an Associate Lead Tutor on Henley Business School’s Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC), and a Coaching Supervisor for the PCEC, the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, and the Team and Systemic Coaching programmes.
Tracy has worked with hundreds of coaches — and leaders who coach — and has seen first-hand the range of styles, methodologies, and developmental challenges they encounter. As a coach, coaching supervisor, mentor coach and coach trainer, she is passionate about supporting those who wish to continue growing as professional coaches and coaching leaders.
Tracy also designs and delivers coaching and mentoring skills workshops for managers and leaders, and partner with organisations to develop internal coaching teams and coaching cultures that enable lasting, systemic impact.
