Why this workshop is valuable
No-one could have foreseen the challenges we overcame in 2020. The role of HR professionals in implementing organisational change at pace has often been overlooked.
You have had to deal with adapting businesses to a different environment – whether reduced or increased demand, or maybe working very differently. You have also been expected (and wanted) to support employees through these difficult times, as well as carry on the business-as usual activities.
Whilst HR professionals are great at looking out for the needs of others, they are often not so good at noticing their own needs!
Outcomes
During the session we identify the main ways we can include self-care into our lives – however much or little time available. Using these ideas, we build a tailored self-care plan
It is a great time to be in HR, despite (or because of) the difficulties we are currently facing. Take this hour to think about how you can build your resources to be in the best place to meet and overcome them and maximise your wellbeing and resourcefulness.
