Hosted by The Henley Centre for Coaching.
There is a gap in understanding the skills and competences that new and existing coaches require in order to help leaders and their teams make ecologically responsible decisions and adopt a sustainability mindset in their everyday engagement with their roles and partners. In order to address the growing ecological and climate crisis there is a need to transform practice, impact and their profession to meet the complexity of the challenge within different contexts that leaders operate in. This webinar will highlight the findings of research involving both CEOs and professional coaches on the question: ‘How do we prepare ourselves for crucial conversations about our eco-responsibility?’
