We invite all practicing coaches to join us in a unique opportunity to develop their understanding of, and capability in using the new competencies. Our intention is to feed back to the ICF as they work to define the markers for future credentialing having participated in stretching and enjoyable CPD.
The outcomes for those attending will be:
Immersion in the art of establishing and maintaining agreements and demonstrating ethical practice
Clarity on the newly described competencies and individual plans to develop through professional reflection
A personal list of behaviours and approaches for their own unique area of work
Experience of co-creating a learning space and methodology
Experience with a methodology that enables them to experientially experience all 8 competencies
We have applied for 1.5 core and 0.5 resource CCEU’s for each conversation
The publication of the updated ICF competencies and ethics framework in October 2019 has enabled us to use a future focus in all our development work. We are inviting practicing coaches to join us to explore what the updated competencies mean to the shape of our daily work and the future direction of the world wide coaching standards.
We are convinced that as the world recovers from the ravages of Covid-19 the coaching profession has to be ready to contribute to the rebuilding and strengthening of organisations and communities. We realise that many of us are stretched in different directions and paradoxically also have some extra time available for developing ourselves so are offering a programme of 12 Open Space conversations from April through to July.
The series of workshops will run regularly on Tuesday morning on the following dates:
