“A recipe for a successful mentoring programme” Katya will share experiences of running one national and one international mentoring programme for professional women and people of marginalised genders.

Katya will also share the timeline of putting together the first programme, discuss the documentation required and the processes, resources and skills needed to make it happen. Lessons learnt will be discussed which fed into the second successful programme. Some obstacles and insights from both programmes will be shared leading to a clear recipe to ensure success.

Katya Veleva is an accredited Senior Practitioner with EMCC UK and an approved DISC assessor.
