Hosted by the Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision and presented by Myles Downey.
A leader’s performance in central to the success of an organization, particularly in fast-changing times. But few leaders know fully what it takes to perform to their highest levels.
Leader Performance Coaching provides a ‘scaffolding’ for the coach to safely help a leader explore the upper reaches of their potential – to deliver results.
Key elements are: Leader Identity; Desire and will; Direction of Travel; Mindset and Focused Learning and Development. All set within a context of performance: success for both organization and leader.
In the webinar, we will explore these elements through presentation, discussion and interactive exercises. Performance coaching necessitates that the coach moves out of a purely ‘non-directive’ role, bringing challenge and guidance to the process, and this will also be explored.
The session is most appropriate for coaches with some experience but anyone with an interest in coaching and performance will find much to value.
