Workshop: Influencing Culture Change
In this interactive workshop, we practice the influencing skills you need to shape your organisation’s culture. As a leader, you’re responsible for preparing teams to deal with a complex and uncertain business environment. Implementing new structures, processes, and tools can help — to a point.
Today’s pace of change demands that organisations adapt more quickly. We can no longer wait for tactical interventions to have the desired ‘ripple effect’ through the organisation. Quick time-to-market is achieved when cross-functional teams take ownership of business outcomes, relate well to stakeholders, and find creative solutions to business problems.
As a result of participating in this half-day workshop, you will be able to:
Work across functional silos to develop the right products and services in partnership with business stakeholders.
Develop knowledge-sharing networks to respond quickly to change.
Promote and explain the benefits of team self-organisation, within boundaries, to deliver high-quality products and services.
Act as a change agent to enable organisational learning.
This is a fast-paced workshop that teaches leaders how to influence culture change. Trainers will present models of effective communication for complex environments. Participants will have opportunities to implement new tools based on real-world examples, and get feedback.
Suitable for individuals joining from organisations, or several members of a leadership team joining together. Ask us about options for delivering this workshop on-site in your organisation.
