Anne Archer, Resilience and Mental Fitness Coach shares examples of how to build a workplace that enables people to thrive.

About this event

Join our open TCD Wednesday Webinar to expand your thinking on how to build a workplace that enables people to thrive.

Resilience and Mental Fitness Coach Anne Archer will be sharing two case studies of how organisations have achieved some great results.

Case Study One

The first organisation is a Global Tech company who have a reputation for innovation, rapid response, gathering the best and brightest talent from around the world. It can be tough in that environment when you cannot be together in creative spaces, where you don’t get to hang out with colleagues, still expected to deliver without easy access to a wealth of infrastructure. With a recognition that many people were finding it hard to stay engaged and productive they introduced an integrated approach across the globe.

Case Study Two

The second organisation is a charity that supports people who are persecuted around the world. With a strong values-based heart, the organisation wanted to take some small tentative steps into provided a listening ear. Hear how they established wellbeing buddies.

Outcomes:

  • Learn how small early steps led to organisational change in a well-paced and integrated way
  • See how one company created safe listening spaces as a way to moving towards a mentally healthy organisation
  • Appreciate the top 3 enablers for building resilience and what 3 blockers can create a negative impact.
  • Stimulate your thinking, engage with other interested and engaged professionals and leave with points of action.

This session is strictly for:

    • Internal HR professionals
    • Coaching managers
    • TCD Full Members and Community Members
