Supervision is well established in the realm of individual executive coaching, yet there has been relatively little attention to how the supervision of team coaches differs.
Within APECS, we have identified several areas where supervisors may need to adapt and expand their approach when working with team coaches. These relate to the added complexity of dealing with the systemic nature of a team and its dynamics.
In this session, we will share our thinking and invite input from participants to further explore key questions about the supervision of team coaching.
This will be valuable for supervisors and team coaches alike, particularly those new to working with teams.
