The Association for Coaching is pleased to welcome Rachel Morris and Elizabeth Cowper to speak at this 2 hr Virtual Event. This interactive event will explore the challenges facing mothers to be, how businesses can support the transition and how as coaches we can support our coachees.

In this virtual event delve into the challenges facing individual mothers to be, and businesses. Discuss links with Diversity and Inclusion, the Gender Pay Gap and Talent agendas.

Discover others’ experiences whether positive or negative and review the data confirming the commercial costs to businesses of ‘not addressing the motherhood transition effectively’

This event will also provide an insight into the woman’s’ needs at each phase when returning to work and ideas about tools to use when coaching those returning to work.

We will look at how businesses can support the transition for women in three phases to enable smooth transition. Whilst also looking at the importance of a strategy of wellbeing, to engage female talent.  Retention, cost of turnover and impact on the mother.

This event is for mothers, mothers to be, line managers, business leaders and of course those who coach.

In this Virtual Event you will walk away with:

  • Clearer understanding of the current set of challenges facing professional new mothers
  • Clearer understanding of ethical responsibilities and commercial opportunities available for businesses to support professional mothers
  • Knowledge of impact of this life transition on both the mother and the organisation
