We will look at how businesses can support the transition for women in three phases to enable smooth transition. Whilst also looking at the importance of a strategy of wellbeing, to engage female talent. Retention, cost of turnover and impact on the mother.

Rachel Morris founding partner of Motion Learning, established 2004. For over 20 years Rachel has built her expertise on developing individuals and teams within wide ranging professional environments. Prior to setting up Motion Learning, Rachel was a Learning Consultant at Harrods Ltd. focussing on leaders and their development. Rachel is a registered member of the National Council of Psychotherapists, a PCC level, ICF Accredited Coach, has a PG Diploma in Business and Personal Coaching, is a Barefoot Certified Coach and a Licensed MBTI Practitioner.
As an experienced professional coach, Rachel supports professionals to gain clarity of who they really are right now, where they are aiming to be, and how they are going to get there. Rachel believes every relationship has a unique dynamic, approaches every learner with the intention of enabling them to reach their own level of internal satisfaction. In doing this, she aims to increase personal focus, motivation and productivity. In the last 20 years Rachel has focussed on coaching individuals and teams within professional workplaces. Rachel now specialises in working with business leaders. Her personal client list includes Channel 4, Chanel, Conde Nast and The V&A and she coaches on a daily basis as well as leading the Motion Learning coaching team. As a business owner herself, she is very results orientated and believes that learning has a responsibility to deliver results too. She has worked in the area of maternity coaching for most of her career and began her research into the experience back in 2012.
Elizabeth Cowper has over 20 years working in generalist HR with experience maximising the performance of a business by helping shift culture and ways of working. Elizabeth train’s, coaches, leads and guides teams to succeed.
Elizabeth empowers people to make informed decisions, take ownership and move themselves forward. Working with teams to improve performance and achieve results.
