In this gentle, reflective and engaging session Creative Life Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner Carly Victoria will present her research on how the use of journaling as a tool in and alongside coaching can enhance and optimise the coaching experience for clients.
Carly will also share other ways journaling can be used with clients and will invite the group to participate in some exploratory journaling as well as provide an opportunity to discuss the concept.
