Webinar 1: How to Develop your Reflective Habit

This webinar will help you develop your reflective practice. Michelle Lucas will explore six experiments to set yourself up for success.

Webinar 2: Experimenting with Cognitive and Visual Prompts

This webinar will be an opportunity to experiment with cognitive and visual prompts, exploring what helps you reflect. You will have some time for reflection, trying out some of Michelle’s prompts from her book.

Webinar 3: Experimenting with Auditory, Kinesthetic and Poetry Prompts

This webinar will give you a safe space to experiment with auditory, kinesthetic and poetry prompts and discover how these might help you reflect.

Webinar 4: Developing the Right Reflective Habit for You

What kind of reflective habit are you developing? In this webinar we will review how the experimentation has gone and share tips and learnings with each other.

Speaker Bio

Michelle Lucas is the owner of Greenfields Consulting Limited, specializing in executive coaching, coaching supervision, and the training of internal coaches, mentors, and supervisors.  She has a degree in Applied Psychology from UWIST and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Her early career was in Clinical Psychology. Michelle is an Accredited Executive Master Coach and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor with the Association for Coaching.
