With one in five people (2021) experiencing some form of depression and one in six adults having symptoms at any time, it is likely that coaches and supervisors are going to come across some form of mental health issue.
How does this therefore impact on us, those we supervise and what our clients bring into the coaching room?

This interactive webinar will be a forum for discussion and collaboration on mental health in Coaching and Supervision and explore what issues arise, how coaches and supervisors deal with them, how you resource yourself and what support, advice or training you need.

Speaker Bio
Anne Calleja has over 35 years’ experience as an Executive Coach and Master Executive Coach Supervisor, accredited with Association for Coaching (AC). She is an honorary member of APECS.
Anne is also an accredited and registered (BACP, UKCP) Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor – she supervises cross-professionally.
Dr. Joan Swart has Psy.D. and MBA qualifications and is an AC-accredited supervisor.
She has developed several coaching and mental health programs, including the Jay Shetty Certification School and Coaching Minds and has authored books and peer-reviewed articles.
