Hosted by the Association for Coaching.
This event is part of the AC’s Creative Coaching Fest, capturing the essence of what creativity is and inspiring us to harness it within coaching. We aim to enable members to build new skillsets, open space for creativity in themselves, and develop a more authentic coaching style.
Coaching with Collage is a powerful way to use images to unlock unconscious thinking and release your client’s potential.
As the first specialist in coaching with collage, our speaker for this webinar, Andréa Watts, will share the theoretical concepts, psychology, neuroscience and research that underpin the power of collage as an arts-based, creative coaching tool.
Andréa will take us through the role of the unconscious, symbols, and visual metaphors in coaching, and make the case for creativity in coaching.
In this interactive webinar, Andréa will also invite you to participate in an experiential activity using images to explore the theme of ‘My Creative Self’.
Peer to peer discussion in small groups/pairs presents an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness around the theme.
As an accomplished speaker, Andréa combines her playful nature and intense curiosity for her specialist subject to bring you a talk that is highly visual, interactive, and thought-provoking.
