About me

Team and Executive Coaching - Guildford & London

I work in three key areas:
- With teams who may be made up of brilliant individuals but don’t show the same performance at a team level, helping them become high performing teams
- With leaders who are stuck, maybe blocked in their career in some way, helping them get rid of roadblocks to their success
- With leaders who want to transform the culture in their team and/or organisation

My mission is to help leaders and leadership teams develop and grow so they can make an even bigger difference for themselves, their people and society. By creating a safe, confidential space where clients can make better choices I help them to have happier, more successful, and more worthwhile lives.

Accredited executive coach, helping leaders since 2001

I’ve been privileged to coach others since 2001 across a whole variety of roles and sectors. I’ve built on many years of commercial experience in the technology, media and telecoms sectors. Some sample clients: Anglo American, Ball Group, Britvic, Dell, EDF Energy, Novartis, Gilead, Munich Re, National Grid, QBE, TalkTalk and TUI Travel.
I graduated from Edinburgh University with a BSc in Psychology and my coaching is grounded in psychology and neuroscience. I'm an APECS Accredited Executive Coach and conform to their code of ethics.

I was fortunate in recently experiencing Gregor's coaching skills and found him to be professional, empathic and insightful. He certainly challenged and supported me and in doing so he deepened my understanding of myself and my potential blind spots too.
