After a career in strategic marketing and business consultancy, Annabel has been coaching Executives for 20 years within the Corporate, Public and SME sectors, to help build more effective and productive relationships with their managers, peers and colleagues.

Annabel has a curious, lively, warm approach and brings passion, energy and fun to her coaching. She is committed to working in partnership with clients providing a hands-on facilitation style that encourages, challenges and ultimately transforms to enable them to grow personally and professionally. Leadership

The ability to communicate well, manage performance and deal with difficult people/situations to ensure that individuals and teams are happy, motivated and engaged are the key behaviours required of busy executives today. I work with leaders to enable them to fully embrace their leadership roles and as a result transform the people and organisations within which they work. Self-awareness is a critical skill required of leaders today to become aware of how they “show up”, the personal impact they have on others and the legacy they create informing an organisation’s culture and “way of being”. A leader modelling personal integrity, living their values and delivering their vision is inspirational and transformative for all who follow them. Executives and Teams

Change, stress and busy workloads are ever present today. I help individuals with their confidence, career progression, imposter syndrome, to communicate effectively, deal with difficult people and create high performing teams. Becoming aware of destructive patterns of both thinking and behaviour, by challenging limiting beliefs that shape our lives and subsequently choosing to adopt a growth mindset, allows individuals and teams to step up and achieve the impossible.

Coaching Supervision

A qualified coach supervisor since 2007, she believes that we must be “clean” as coaches to fully support clients in their coaching goals. Deep reflective practice helps develop our “internal supervisor” which ultimately transforms our ability to build trust and relational depth with our clients.

Annabel also trains executives and managers to coach and delivers ILM coaching/mentoring and supervision training at all levels.

Mediation

A qualified mediator she often works with senior teams and individuals to help them embrace different views and improve working relationships. Sharing more of themselves to fully understand one another, showing empathy and understanding does enable collaborative working, increased effectiveness and wellbeing at work.

Annabel worked with me and several colleagues and team members to provide leadership coaching, some mentoring and also team development work. I found our sessions very beneficial. Annabel was very insightful,  providing a wealth of experience into leadership challenges and models. It was great to have such a supportive coach who also challenged and encouraged change. Annabel was one of my tutors on my supervision training and I was so impressed I asked her to become my coaching supervisor. Annabel creates the environment where we have constructive conversations about both my coaching and my supervision. She asks what I refer to as supportive challenging questions, that encourage reflection.
