Charmaine Roche

Charmaine is an incredible coach. She is extremely thoughtful kind conscientious funny warm human approachable experienced and knowledgeable. I was unsure of what to expect from coaching but Charmaine made everything so clear and helped me to make the best use of our sessions. The balance between being able to reflect and also consider helpful actions that allowed me to be more intentional about working on some of the dilemmas and challenges that I have been experiencing. I think her open, nonjudgemental and curious style of coaching really enabled me to dig deep inside and outside of our sessions and develop highly relevant skills and insights that have continued to be helpful to me in different situations. I would recommend Charmaine to anybody looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and anyone who wants to find new, more adaptive ways to move towards their goals. Regardless of your profession or your training it not an easy thing to be so vulnerable with somebody you have never met or to even acknowledge or accept that you are struggling with things. But Charmaine made me very glad that I trusted in her and in the process as I have learnt so much.
