Are you looking to take your performance and mindset to the next level? Do you feel there are inner barriers to your success, that prevent you from meeting your potential? If this resonates and you are ready to embark on a journey of discovery and change then coaching could be for you.
It is likely that you are someone who is already doing pretty well but with an intention, goal or challenge that you would like to work on. I would describe these intentions or challenges as being like a knot – there are many ways that you can unpick the knot and we have to find the best approach for you. As the knot gets untangled, and you begin to build greater clarity, then real change can begin.
I am an Integrative Coach with a background in Business Psychology and with specialist training in Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching and Gestalt. As a Coach, my role is to provide a safe and reflective space for deep, inner exploration, and an opportunity to experiment with creative solutions so that your intention can be realised.
I have worked with a broad range of different clients and different intentions and challenges. Themes that I have particular experience of are: overcoming inner barriers to performing at our best, emotional intelligence, communication styles and difficult conversations, decision making, building confidence and authenticity.
It is very important to find the approach that fits you best and I have outlined different ways of working below:
Working with the brain: Sometimes the best approach is to explore our thought patterns with a focus on identifying, and possibly challenging or reframing unhelpful beliefs.
Working with emotions: Often what we are initially aware of are the emotions triggered by a particular situation, but are not entirely clear on why we feel this way. Understanding our emotions can be useful to help identify the underlying issue and find an effective solution.
Working with our intuition: We can all relate to times we just had an instinct about a particular person or situation, or an inner knowing. Our intuitions hold great wisdom and when used alongside logic of the brain can be a powerful force for change.
Working with the body: Our thoughts and feelings are intimately bound up with our somatic experience including tension, pain or other physical sensation. Exploring these sensations can sometimes be the best way to create transformation.
Working with the visual or metaphorical mind: Using visualisations or working in a metaphorical way can be an effective approach for tapping into our creativity and our unconscious or sub-conscious mind.
Working with our past or future self: Exploring our past experiences and future aspirations can be a powerful method to understand how we became the person we are today and how we want to move forward from here. Time-line techniques and working with the inner child are helpful options here.
I offer 6 to 8 session packages and am available for a free 30-minute introduction call.

I came to Sarah Naidoo-Banks, in 2021, after searching for a business psychologist. At the time I was looking for someone who had a blend of warmth and professionalism with direct experience within the business world and specifically working with people at c-suite level, leadership teams and professionals. I found all of this and more with Sarah. My personal financial investment in this work has been extremely rewarding, reflected not only in my interpersonal relationships, at work and at home, but also in terms of the economic growth of my new venture. Sarah and her approach comes with my highest recommendation. She is calm, warm, thoughtful, friendly, curious, clear, intentional, insightful, full of integrity, professional, will offer things to consider and ways to receive information from the internal (self) and the external (other) and explore a way to experience words, feelings, feedback, personalities and alternative ways of being and thinking that I found immensely helpful, empowering and through provoking. Sarah is masterful at creating a comfortable space that feels paced, safe and secure. I feel extremely lucky to have found someone I can work with, who has helped elevate my work and therefore my life.
