Manju is a leadership and performance coach, helping leaders and managers to achieve high levels of performance through a focus on wellbeing and resilience. She tends to work with senior leaders and line managers in corporates, SME's and start-ups in UK and abroad, to develop deep self awareness and adaptive leadership skills in readiness for new and challenging roles.

Having worked for a global professional services firm for over 12 years, Manju's combined experience in talent development and employee wellbeing, means she has a deep understanding of what makes individuals succeed by advancing their cognitive, emotional and relational capacities.

Coaching style and approach

Manju works with a style that builds relationships quickly and provides the space for exploration and growth in thinking - from a growth mindset perspective and strength-based approach.
