When asked what I do, my answer is that I work with professionals to achieve success in their career by developing their confidence so that they can be courageous, authentic and determined in taking the next step in their professional journey.
I do this by using evidence based tools and techniques which are proven to be successful including positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence and the Thinking Environment®.
I have worked with executives, senior leaders, boards and management teams in the private, public and voluntary sector. I can support clients own internal resource, provide bespoke executive coaching, leadership development, team coaching and coaching supervision as well a range of workshops and courses.
You want to be the best you can be. You may be new to a role, an experienced leader or facing a potentially life changing decision. Coaching sessions are tailored to meet your needs and to give you the time and space to think through the solutions that are right for you.
As a practicing coach you want to support your client’s needs. To do that you need time to reflect on your own coaching practice in an environment that provides the time and space to think through issues which emerge for you and your clients. The sessions are designed to challenge your thinking and increase your confidence in the service of your clients.
Typically, coaching sessions would be 60 minutes and coaching supervision sessions 90 minutes. They can be monthly, quarterly or on an ad-hoc basis. They can happen via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom at a time to suit, including evenings.
