As a strategic and emotional management coach and mentor, I work with high-achieving women, working in multilingual organisations and HEIs, who are grappling with professional progression and fulfilment.

I have carried out research and teaching in French and English for the last 15 years in nine HEIs across the UK and Europe and worked extensively as a coach for high-achieving women in biotechnology, tech, medical technology and engineering, all with multilingual backgrounds.
