In a career spanning over 25 years, as a business psychologist, coach and facilitator, she has worked with employees at all levels with some of the world’s leading companies and brands, across both Europe and Africa, including Unilever, Volkswagen and the University of Oxford.

Using her experience in leadership and management development, productivity, customer service, internal communications and strategic marketing, she helps clients articulate, achieve and exceed their goals. She believes that life is just too short to put up with anything less than a business or career that fills you with vitality and purpose.

Having completed her first degree in psychology, she started her career working in the advertising industry, before completing a Masters in Business Psychology. She then moved into the areas of internal communication and branding, working for a London based consultancy, before moving to South Africa with a global consultancy. As well as internal communications, she specialised in the areas of team and individual management and engagement, change management and customer service. She built on this past experience and knowledge as she moved into the area of coaching and team facilitation, where she works to help clients to maximise their potential to the full.
