I have worked with Jeanette for more than a year now. I can honestly say that the coaching sessions I have had with her have been life changing. Before I started work with her, I found that every day stresses got on top of me and impacted on my ability to be the leader I wanted to be. Jeanette was able to get to the root of those stresses and offer practical guidance in both physical techniques and mental processes to enable me to manage that stress and to focus on both my personal and team goals. Jeanette adapts her style to get down to the small details of a specific problem, or to help develop overarching leadership skills based on my learning needs at the time. I would recommend Jeanette to anybody who wishes to maximise their potential as a leader, or who just wishes to get through the day without a panic attack! Jeanette Pratt, is an absolutely wonderful person. She made us feel incredibly comfortable and provided the perfect environment to encourage open and free conversation. My wife and I attended several months worth of sessions with Jeanette. We had a lot of external relationships that created tension and unwanted stress. We learnt so much about ourselves and how our reaction is the key to any external input. I really didn't know what to expect from these sessions but both my wife and I knew that the tools and skills that we had available to us would not be quite enough to deal with the key issues that had grown over time. As a result, we began our sessions with Jeanette and developed our emotional intelligence, and entirely re-framed our mind-set to reflect the new skills that Jeanette expertly coached us with. I didn't expect the results that came from our sessions with Jeanette to be quite so profound and we won't have to think for very long about working with her again in future. Richard & Rachel Garrett
I booked a short series of coaching sessions with Jeanette as I had a perception of reduced performance levels at work. I seemed to be working ever harder but felt I was achieving less. However, senior management and colleagues had not observed any lack of outcomes. I was also feeling pretty depressed and losing hope. Working with Jeanette was an enlightening experience. During the sessions it became apparent to us that I had been both seriously overworking and also overcommitting outside of work for a number of years. This had resulted in my expression of burnout symptoms and is was this that was leading to depression, loss of hope and the perception of reduced performance. We worked together to identify a path to recovery from burnout including inevitable lifestyle changes which I have put in place to positive effect. I believe that implementing these changes has been literally lifesaving. Paul Gardiner BSc CEng MEI, Energy Advocacy Manager at a large multinational UK based food group.
