I support professionals to navigate changes for improved confidence, well-being, and impact. I have an international management consulting background, with experience across many industries including technology and professional services.

I have experienced many changes in my career, through promotions, relocations, motherhood, and career moves. After 10 years as a Management Consultant with Accenture, a family move to the Middle East led me to start delivering training, mainly focused on coaching emerging leaders. These experiences made me curious about the differences between individuals in the transfer from learning to action, and it was this curiosity that led me to study Organisational Psychology. My dissertation research confirmed the benefits of Coaching for those in career transitions as well as for behavioural change, and for developing efficacy. I now coach full time and am really enjoying supporting peoples’ development and growth, tapping into their unique differences.

I love the beauty in peoples' differences. I thrive on helping people tap into their unique selves to enable the transformation of learning into real life. My approach is to focus on raising self-awareness; supporting you to identify your unique barriers to development and change, and helping you to clarify the ways to overcome these. I use a range of evidence-based coaching techniques depending on where on the change journey you are. I have a warm, approachable, and collaborative coaching style and can provide challenge and accountability when needed.

I'm a repatriated travel-addict and when not coaching, can often be found either outdoors or exploring somewhere new with my family.
