About me...

Drawing from a rich and diverse career spanning multiple senior roles including NED, CEO, MD, and department head, I bring a wealth of commercial experience and common sense to the table.
My career has taken me through start-ups, large corporations, VC- and PE-backed enterprises, privately-owned firms, employee-owned businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
I’ve navigated the intricacies of Mergers and Acquisitions, building and realising value for stakeholders before, during, and after the sale and/or purchase process.
I have coached experienced leaders, first-time CEOs, and newly appointed department heads. I’ve worked with business founder/owners across a wide spectrum of industries, including publishing, PR, music, journalism, legal, distribution, agency, and B2B services.
My approach is collaborative, informal, and strengths-based, and I’ll do my best to ensure we have fun on our shared journey – always with the aim of tangible results.
