Sabine has an exceptional track record of working with senior leaders in a global organisation. She now runs her own consultancy business specialising in executive coaching, leadership development and team effectiveness.

Sabine helps senior leaders to make sense of organisational dynamics and face complex leadership challenges with confidence and skill. Her expertise combines organisational insight, interpersonal sensitivity, a global perspective and cultural awareness to help her clients develop themselves and their business.

With an intimate understanding of the business context in which her clients operate, Sabine focuses on outcomes and brings a practical emphasis to all she does. At the same time, she cares deeply about the development of individuals and teams, building on strengths and unleashing potential. Sabine is bi-lingual in German and English and coaches in both languages.

Sabine has coached individual clients and teams within manufacturing and professional services organisations as well as the public sector and charities. She works with senior leaders at times of personal and organisational transitions when they need to navigate significant change, refine their leadership style or define their career direction.

She also works with clients who are not sponsored by their organisation. Issues covered are typically a combination of work and personal challenges.

Corporate Leadership Experience

Prior to running her own business, Sabine built a successful career over many years with Johnson Matthey, a FTSE 100 manufacturing company with a global footprint. As Director of Talent and Learning, she led the transformation of the company’s learning and talent strategy, built a global team and introduced new people processes and world-class leadership programmes in support of the organisation’s strategic aspirations for growth. Her particular focus was on the development of executive leaders, coaching individuals and devising the company’s strategy for executive development.

Sabine is CIPD qualified and an accredited executive coach. She is certified to use several high quality psychometric tools, including MBTI (Step I and II), Hogan, NEO-PI-3 and Team Connect 360 (for team coaching).

Based in Hertfordshire, Sabine primarily works in London and the South East, including Cambridge and St. Albans. She is open to working on projects throughout the UK and Europe, in particular in the German-speaking countries.

I have had the pleasure of working together with Sabine as my Coach for almost a year.
