Executive Coach & Coach Supervisor - London
Lizzie Pawsey is an experienced business leader, facilitator, coach, mentor coach and coach supervisor. She brings 20 years’ previous work experience in several global organisations, including Diageo, Britvic and Pernod Ricard, where she worked in several senior marketing and HR leadership roles. Her approach is therefore grounded in the commercial world – she understands the challenges of working in global cross-cultural organisations, leading teams of people through change and delivering against a business plan.
Lizzie has over 2000 hours of coaching experience. She works with board, executive and senior leaders both one to one and in teams and groups to support them to lead themselves, lead others and lead their business. Typical areas that her clients explore with her include identifying purpose and values, developing authentic leadership style, enhancing executive presence and confidence, female leadership, managing personal and professional change, building resilience, developing effective stakeholder relationships, influencing others and dealing with conflict.
Lizzie has also gained thousands of hours of facilitation experience working on various global programmes supporting leaders to develop as leaders, build interpersonal skills and coaching skills. She is faculty on global leadership development programmes of several clients and serves as an associate faculty member for the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) on their Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programmes.
Lizzie's clients are drawn from 20+ business sectors in the UK and globally and include BOC, Dropbox, Gap Inc, GMC, GSK, Harley Davidson, Heathrow Airport, HSBC, Hargreaves Lansdown, Icann, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Novartis, Rothschild & Co, Schlumberger, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Tetra Pak, Taylor Wimpey, Vanguard, WPP and YSC.

Lizzie works regularly with a coach supervisor to reflect upon her practice. She invests in her own development to ensure that she is continually learning.
Outside of work Lizzie lives with her family in Twickenham and enjoys running, skiing, good wine and travel. She has embarked upon a project to complete all the parkruns in Greater London, of which there are 61 (51 done!).
