BBC internal coach network
She managed the internal Coach Network at the BBC 2012-2016, recruiting, training and supervising coaches. She coached people from TV, Radio, Online, News, as well as Marketing, Technology, Engineering, R&D, HR, and Finance. Clients ranged from senior leaders to trainees and apprentices. Jane has also coached in the Charity and Finance sectors.
Jane brings a wealth of coaching expertise, experience gained as a leader and as a Leadership Trainer. She originally trained as a coach in 2003 and has been accredited with the ICF (ACC) since 2010. She is an experienced Myers Briggs (MBTI) practitioner and facilitator of 360o feedback and an accredited workplace mediator. Jane regularly receives coach supervision and attends coach development events.
Wellbeing, mental and physical health

Jane loves walking and being outdoors and she volunteers with the Surrey Wildlife Trust and the National Trust. She has an allotment and often has a surplus of rhubarb, courgettes … and weeds! She lives on the Surrey Hampshire border with easy access to Farnborough, Guildford, Woking and surrounding areas as well as to London and Reading.
