Today, I am a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; one of just 4% at this level, globally. Awarded Best Executive Coach in South East England in 2016 and 2017 and nominated one of 2019's Most Influential Women to Watch by Success Insight Magazine.

I work with emerging and experienced leaders who are keen to develop people-centric leadership and cultures to grow their people to grow their business. My work is underpinned with post graduate diplomas in HR Management and Psychological Coaching. Inspired by Bob Chapman, CEO and Chairman of the Board and the Barry-Wehmiller Leadership Institute, my leadership approach is based upon the principles of Truly Human Leadership as well as the Thinking Environment pioneered by Nancy Kline, best selling author and President of Time to Think.

I am an accredited coach, facilitator and teacher with Time to Think offering the Foundation Programme, Thinking Partnership Programmes, Facilitation Events and Transforming Meetings with Time to Think.

My career journey has taken me from Secretary to HR Director (15 years) to Executive Coach (17 years) within Professional and Financial Services, Fixed Income, International Equities and Global Technology.

I work with clients all over the world via Skype, telephone and face to face clients predominately in London and Europe.

I'd recommend Jane to anyone, without hesitation. I imagine there are very few scenarios where she couldn't help and add value. I've worked with a few coaches before, but Jane helped me to organise my thoughts and find the answers myself quickly in a way I hadn't experience before. She supported me in becoming a lot more resilient in a very short amount of time. A couple of months after our first coaching session, I was promoted to my current role and I believe her guidance played a bit part in that happening. Thank you again Jane.

A year on from working with Jane I can tell you - the impact and value is lasting. I don't want to overuse the words "life changing" but in all honesty my day-to-day life has changed since coaching - as I find myself better able to tackle challenges, balance stress, and make decisions in an effective and meaningful way. The time with Jane can be tough - you have to put the honesty and authenticity into the experience, but she truly makes a difference in how she helps you face issues, own up to assumptions and challenge yourself to make a attitude / action change.

Jane has been very instrumental in helping me mature in my current role. She gave me the space to think through some of the negative attitudes that I took into meetings that I was chairing or facilitating which were causing some of the poor outcomes I was experiencing. Meetings were challenging for that reason, with Jane, as she gently but firmly encouraged me to face ‘wrong thinking’ that I was continually falling into. Jane helped me to plan and run meetings so that everyone got a say including me and how to bring conversations back to the topic when they veered off. I have discovered that people at meetings I run feel positive about them as there is a structure to them and an opportunity for them to contribute to the outcomes: and they finish on time! The emotional intelligence test I did also helped a lot in identifying areas needing improving and I used the meeting environment to address those areas.

My experience with Jane was the single most rapid cycle of personal development in my career. The tangible impact was that of greater self-awareness combined with an understanding of techniques and approaches to boost my emotional intelligence. Years later I find myself thinking most every day about some of the key lessons I learned with Jane - she created a very significant, positive and long-lasting effect. A fantastic person to know and work with.
