Patti is such a skilful supervisor and I'm delighted that I've had the opportunity to work with her over the last couple of years. She's definitely supported me hugely on reflecting on my coaching practice. Her insights just build and build as our relationship has strengthened and we have such helpful and interesting conversations. Her Coaching Signatures profile is so enlightening and we keep circling back to it. Overall she's just such a professional and excellent supervisor.

I can highly recommend Patti as a supervisor and The Coaching Signatures Profile as a fabulous supervision tool. I thoroughly enjoyed the deep thinking that the tool - and Patti – prompted in me. I feel rather liberated by The Coaching Signatures Profile results and my session with Patti as both have made me much more aware of how to work with my clients’ preferred approach in order to help them to make the biggest shift in their thinking. I have worked with Patti for almost 5 years now and I still gain a "nugget" each time I have a supervision session with her. Patti has a wide breadth of knowledge as a coach which she is able to bring to our supervision sessions. She has an ability to be able to ask the right question at the right time which adds an alternative dimension to my reflective practice and helps to prompt and stimulate my thoughts in a different directions than I might have pursued had I worked alone. If you get a chance to work with Patti I feel sure you will come away feeling empowered and invigorated as I always seem to do. T.A.
