Alison Hughes

After the shock of hearing I was being made redundant, for the third time in my career, had begun to sink in, my colleague recommended that we use Ali Hughes to provide outplacement support rather than the package on offer from a large scale corporate provider. I'm so glad we did. From the first conversation I had with her, before committing to the regular group coaching and training sessions and the invaluable 1:1 coaching sessions, working with Ali has been amazing. She puts you at ease, encourages and challenges you, and demystified some aspects of the whole "finding my next opportunity" process.
